Warranty

At UniversBeauty, we select our jewelry with care: 316L stainless steel, 18K gold plating, hypoallergenic. Your purchases are protected by two warranties: the legal warranty provided by law, and our 6-month commercial warranty on jewelry.

1. Legal warranty of conformity (2 years)

In accordance with articles 1649bis and following of the Belgian Civil Code, all our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years from delivery.

If a product shows a lack of conformity, you are entitled, free of charge, to its repair or replacement. If these solutions are impossible or are not carried out within a reasonable time, you may obtain a price reduction or a refund.

To use this warranty, contact us and provide your invoice or any proof of purchase showing the date and content of the order.

2. UniversBeauty commercial warranty – Jewelry (6 months)

In addition to the legal warranty, UniversBeauty offers a commercial warranty of 6 months from delivery on all jewelry from the Trobel collection.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Breakage of the clasp or links during normal use
• Stones or rhinestones coming loose

What is not covered

• Normal wear of the plating due to daily wear and friction
• Scratches, impacts, deformation or accidental breakage
• Damage caused by contact with perfume, creams, chlorine, seawater or chemicals
• Jewelry modified or repaired by a third party
• Loss or theft

What we do

After inspection, we repair or exchange your jewelry free of charge for the same or an equivalent model. If this is not possible, we offer you a store credit or a refund. Shipping of the repaired or exchanged item is at our expense.

How to make a claim

1. Write to us at contact@universbeautyy.com or via WhatsApp at +32 466 05 89 20.
2. Include your order number and attach one or more photos of the defect.
3. We will reply within 5 business days with the next steps.

Important: the commercial warranty is in addition to the 2-year legal warranty of conformity and does not replace it. You retain all your legal rights in every case.

3. Our care tips

• Put your jewelry on last, after perfume and creams.
• Remove it for the shower, swimming pool, sea and sports.
• Store pieces separately, in their pouch or box.
• Clean them with a soft, dry cloth.
